I received a shipment confirmation, but my package hasn't moved yet

If you received a shipping confirmation with tracking information for your Rhone.com order, your order is on its way!

Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for this status to be reflected in the third-party delivery partner's tracking system. 

If it has been longer than 24 hours since you received the Rhone shipping confirmation and the third-party delivery partner's tracking system still does not show your packages as having been received, please contact the Rhone Customer Experience team through Live Chat at Rhone.com or by email at service@rhone.com, and we will assist in tracking down your package.
