Lost Package or Package Delivered but not Received

All Rhone.com orders ship with tracking information. Once your order is delivered, a confirmation email will be sent. We will rely on that tracking information and delivery confirmation to verify that your order has been delivered. 

FedEx will by default leave your Rhone package at your delivery address without requiring a signature receipt unless you specify otherwise at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is a safe and secure place for receiving packages. Rhone will not be responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed through the third party tracking information.
