How to make an Exchange or Return

Change your mind? Need a different size or color? As long as the item meets the requirements of our Rhone Return and Exchange Policy, you may exchange or return it through our Rhone Returns Portal.

Getting started with your exchange or return is easy: 

  1. Visit Rhone.loopreturns.com.
  2. Enter your order number with the related shipping zip code and click ‘Start Return’
  3. Select the item(s) from your original order that you would like to send back to Rhone
  4. Select whether you would like to Exchange or Return the item
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the Exchange or Return request and print your free shipping label

Exchanges

  • An exchange will allow you to pick the same product in a different color and/or size
  • Click on the item that you'd like to exchange, and select 'Exchange'
  • Indicate the reason that you are returning this product back to Rhone from the list of available fields
  • Select the different color or style for which you'd like to exchange
  • To exchange multiple items, repeat steps above
  • Once you submit all exchange requests, please click ‘Continue with Return’

Returns

  • Returns allow you to return eligible product in your order for a full refund on your original payment method, or the opportunity to use that return credit against a different product on Rhone.com
  • Indicate the reason you are returning product back to Rhone from the list of available fields. Then click, ‘Continue with the return’
  • Select ‘Shop Now’ if you'd like to use your Rhone store credit to make a purchase of a different product. Otherwise, click ‘No, thanks’ to return the product for a refund.

About ‘Shop Now’

'Shop Now' will give you instant store credit to make a new purchase on Rhone.com in return for the products that you are returning from your original order. If the price on the new product is lower than the price on the product that you are returning, you may be refunded the difference in the form of a Rhone gift card. If the price on the new product is higher than the price on the product that you are returning, you will be asked to pay the difference through our secure third-party payment processor.
