Why Hasn't My Order Shipped?

Typically, Rhone.com orders placed before 1:00 pm MT (3:00 pm ET) Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed outside of this window will generally ship on the next business day. 

While we will always do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, please note that during peak holiday periods or major Rhone sale events, orders may take 2-4 business days to ship. 

If you have not received a status update on your order more than 4 business days after placing it, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at service@rhone.com for an update on your order.
