How do I get this sweet deal?
Orders must be over $200, but before tax and shipping are applied. The discount code to get Rhone Funds will be auto-applied during the promotion period at checkout. Limit of one $100 Rhone Funds code may be received per qualified order during the eligible time period. This offer may be rescinded without notice.
Purchase thresholds to receive Rhone Funds do not include: (a) the purchase of already discounted products, such as Surplus, Sale or Bundled items b) amounts spent on purchases of Gift Cards; (b) amounts spent on purchases which occur across multiple orders; (c) amounts spent outside the promotional time period for this offer; and (d) any applicable costs of packaging, shipping & handling, gift wrap, or taxes.
How and when will I receive my Rhone Funds?
Rhone Funds will be emailed within 24 hours after a qualifying order is placed. It is in the form of a 16 digit discount code that can be applied at checkout on future purchases.
How do I use my Rhone Funds?
You may add your 16-digit Rhone Funds discount code at checkout to get up to $100 off your order. During this promotional period, you may remove the discount code that allows you to get Rhone Funds on the order and apply your Rhone Funds instead. Only one $100 Rhone Funds may be used per order and the $100 Rhone Funds can only apply to a single order. You will not receive any credit or refund for partially used or unused $100 Rhone Funds. You will forfeit the remaining unused discount when Rhone Funds have been applied to an order totaling less than $100. Rhone Funds have no cash value and are not for resale. Rhone Funds cannot be redeemed at 3rd party stores or websites. The amount of the purchase price resulting from the application of Rhone Funds will be allocated proportionally across all items purchased in the transaction.
What about using other discounts to get Rhone Funds or use Rhone Funds?
You may not use any other discount on your order to get Rhone Funds. Usage of Rhone Funds cannot be combined with any other discount.
How do discounts work for this promotion?
The Rhone Funds promotion and other discounts can not be stacked. Only one discount code per order will apply (including the Rhone Funds code) and any code added in addition will replace the auto-applied discount code. If you’d like to use a different discount code instead of Rhone Funds, you can do so. Discounts will not be applied to e-gift cards, physical gift cards, other discounted items, or other select items.
You will not be able to use Rhone Funds on a subsequent order to get more Rhone Funds. You can, however, make multiple $200 orders without using Rhone Funds to get multiple $100 Rhone Funds to use for orders at a later time.
For example, if you already have $100 Rhone Funds from a previous qualified purchase and you choose to make an additional $200 purchase on Rhone.com during the promotional time period, you may choose to either (1) choose to receive an additional $100 Rhone Funds by paying the full $200 amount (plus any applicable shipping and taxes) on your purchase, or (2) apply your $100 Rhone Funds to your order and reduce the final cost of your order by $100 (plus any applicable shipping and taxes) but you will not receive an additional $100 Rhone Funds.
What if I return an item from my original order where I received Rhone Funds?
Any returned item that reduces the original order’s total below $200 will not be eligible for the $100 Rhone Funds and the Rhone Funds will be canceled. If you return some or all of the merchandise purchased with Rhone Funds, the dollar value of the Rhone Funds will not be refunded or credited back.
When do Rhone Funds expire?
Rhone Funds expire at 11:59 PM PST on May 31, 2020. You must use your Rhone Funds before the expiration date as the code will no longer be valid. Any unused Rhone Funds remaining after the valid redemption period is forfeited. On 6/1/2020 Rhone funds were extended to expire on June 30, 2020. No further extensions will be provided.
Can I use Rhone Funds towards a previous order?
Rhone Funds do not apply to retroactive orders or rain checks prior to the date received.
